I kept waiting to blog about The Walking Dead Minimates Series 1 until a picture of the entire wave was released by Diamond Select Toys, but for some unknown reason that never happened. Seems like some really terrible marketing if you ask me! Needless to say, everything The Walking Dead is on fire these days and this release will be no exception. The first assortment of The Walking Dead Minimates 2 packs will hit stores this September, and with it some of your favorite characters from the hit Image comic book series.
The Walking Dead Minimates Series 1 includes two packs of Rick and a Zombie Roamer, Dale and a Herd Zombie, and Chase Winter Coat Dale and a Herd Zombie. According to reports, Series 1 will also include the as of yet unseen Tyrese with a Roamer Zombie and Andrea with a Lurker Zombie. Each 2” two figure set will retail for around $12.
