It’s hard to believe it’s been two years since Johnny Cupcakes’ last cross-country Suitcase Tour! Well, Johnny’s tuning up the van and getting the crew back together again as he strikes off across the country bringing t-shirts and high fives to fans everywhere. “Cupcakes from the Crypt,” the Johnny Cupcakes Suitcase Tour of 2012, will be Halloween themed borrowing elements from “Something in the Cupcake Mix” and the “Back to the Basics” tour to create one shocking, outlandish event taking place from New York to Los Angeles, Miami to Vegas.
In each of the 21 cities on the 2012 Johnny Cupcakes “Cupcakes from the Crypt” Tour Johnny will be presenting a one-night only pop-up shop that will feature tour exclusive shirts, hats and accessories. To help host these Ghoulish events, JC will be partnering up with local bakeries, schools, boutiques and art spaces. The mix of settings and people guarantees that each night will be a truly memorable fright fest. The tour will kick off New York City on September 28th and will conclude back in Boston on October 30th. There are a few new cities added to this year’s tour and few old standbys as well.
The Blot was thrilled to hear Houston made the cut again! I had a blast at Houston’s 2010 Suitcase Tour Stop and I can’t wait to see Johnny at Crave Cupcakes on October 23rd!
