Five Points Festival Exclusive Logan the Tree Stump Kid Resin Figure by Gary Ham x Bryan Brutherford

This weekend at the inaugural Five Points Festival, Gary Ham is teaming up with Bryan Brutherford to release this adorable convention exclusive Logan the Tree Stump Kid resin figure! What’s really cool about this release is Logan will be rotocasted at the convention in front of fans by Bryan at the FPF booth #131. The figure stands 3.5” tall, but as Gary explains “it’s girthy [and] appears more like 5 inches” tall.

The Five Points Festival Exclusive Logan the Tree Stump Kid Resin Figure by Gary Ham x Bryan Brutherford will be available in three colorways: Blue, Orange and White. The White Edition ($30) will be made available to non-attendees, while the Blue and Orange Editions are con exclusives and will retail for $35 each. The plan is to make the White Edition available online for ordering before the show, so that all three colorways can be cast during the convention. After FPF, the molds for this adorable new figure will be destroyed.

The Blot is so pumped to see Brutherford Industries has released the first edition of their awesome Floating Spray Cans! I’ve been following the creation of these awesome art pieces from the beginning, and I’m happy to see they’re finally a reality. The first colorway is the shiny “Stay Gold” Edition! NYCC 12 Exclusive Dork Night Edition Ice Scream Man by Brutherford

I think it’s safe to say this is my new favorite Ice Scream Man colorway! As you all know The Blot goes batty over comic book inspired colorways, so of course I got pretty excited about Brutherford’s New York Comic-Con 2012 Exclusive The Dork Night Edition Ice Scream Man. Sold exclusively at Clutter Magazine’s NYCC booth #3004, The Dork Night Edition Ice Scream Man rocks a vintage Batman color scheme, a zip atone cone wrapper and wears a domino mask sure to fool even his closest friends. This 7.5” tall figure has a limited edition run size of just 30 pieces, includes a Dork Night sticker and will retail for $110 each.

Be sure to stop by the Clutter booth on Friday, October 12th, from 4-7pm and on Sunday, October 14th, from 12-5pm when Brutherford will be at the booth for a very special signing. CMYK Melt Knuckles by Brutherford

The Blot’s been waiting for what feels like forever for Brutherford Industries to drop his newest creation, the Melt Knuckles! I love the look of these melting brass knuckles, and all the symbolism you can read into them. What’s great is every viewer can really make up their own back story for the piece. For their first release Brutherford went with a CMYK theme featuring cyan, magenta, yellow and black colorways.

Each piece is true to scale to a real pair of brass knuckles, and are solid cast polyurethane. For this release, the CMYK Melt Knuckles include a black light sensitive pigment will make them glow just as bright as your velvet poster of a unicorn riding a snowmobile when viewed under a black light (sorry no black light pigment in the Black Melt Knuckles).

SpankyStokes.com Exclusive "Stroll ❤'s Stroll'et" Exclusive Resin Wedding Gifts

As many of you may know, John Stokes of SpankyStokes.com and his fiancé Jaime recently got married (congrats John and Jaime!). What you may not have known is they also had some of the coolest party favors ever for their wedding guests! Everything I’ve seen coming from Brutherford Industries these days has been freaking mind blowing, and I can’t wait to find out what’s next. Malevolent Mintstachio, a special concoction mixing the world’s most popular green flavors (mint and pistachio), and Badass Brown each stand 7.5” tall, have limited edition run sizes of 125 pieces, and come signed and numbered by the artist. Metallic Ice Scream Man Flavors by Brutherford Industries & BMP Co.

The Blot was so bummed when I learned this awesome collaboration between Brutherford Industries and Brown Magic Paint Company was already sold out before I even found out about them! That’s what I get for falling way behind on my email. But these metallic colorways of Brutherford Industries’ signature figure, the Ice Scream Man, were just too cool not to blog about. BMP Co. did a fantastic job giving these figures their trademark sparkly magic metallic treatment.

Two extremely limited flavors were hand painted by the Brown Magic Paint Co., “Heavy Metal Mint” and “Stainless Steel Strawberry.” Only five of each flavored Ice Scream Man were created, and these bad boy sold out almost instantly upon release. Each figure retailed for $115, came signed and numbered by Brutherford and Brown Magic Paint Company, and was packaged in a pinstriped box customized with hand painted details by BMP Co. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled to Brutherford Industries’ online store for even more exciting Ice Scream Man releases!

The Ice Scream Man Vinyl Figure by Brutherford Industries

The Ice Scream Man came to Brutherford in a vision after a freak accident involving a toilet and a clock (use your imagination). A creature of pure evil, the Ice Scream Man is a bringer of cavities and brain freezes! The first two colorways of Brutherford Industries’ Ice Scream Man rotocast urethane figures went on sale this week and boy do they look sick! The first two foul flavors are Spiteful Strawberry ($75) and Villainous Vanilla ($50). The Vanilla flavorway will be an open edition while the Strawberry is the first of 3 flavorways limited to 125 pieces each. Both are currently available for purchase at Brutherford’s online store.
