SDCC 2017 Debut Skybound Minis Blind Box Series by Scott Tolleson

After debuting at San Diego Comic-Con three years ago, Robert Kirkman and Skybound’s awesome Skybound Minis 3” mini figures are back, and this time they’re releasing a full blind box series based on Skybound’s acclaimed line of comic books. Designed by the super talented artist Scott Tolleson, the Skybound Minis Blind Box Series features 3” mini versions of characters from The Walking Dead, Invincible, Outcast, Horizon, Manifest Destiny and more! And how can you say no to a super adorable Negan mini figure!?! The Skybound Minis Blind Box Series will debut at San Diego Comic-Con 2017 next month where it will be sold at the Skybound SDCC booth for $10 per blind box.

SDCC 16 Exclusive “Negan Kills” Skybound Comic Book Variant Covers

The Summer of Negan continues as the murderous villain from The Walking Dead takes over the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 variant covers of three of Skybound’s hottest titles: Birthright, Manifest Detiny and Thief of Thieves. All three books pay homage to the king of skull-crushin, Negan! These San Diego Comic-Con 2016 variant covers of Birthright #17, Manifest Destiny #21 and Thief of Thieves #33 feature each comic’s artist depicting the notorious badass from TWD facing off against its respective heroes, a.k.a. Negan f*cking sh*t up for everyone! All three of these limited edition comics can be purchased at the Skybound SDCC booth for $10 each.

SDCC 16 Exclusive Skybound Enamel Pin Series 1 by Yesterdays - The Walking Dead, Saga, Invincible & Manifest Destiny

Skybound is teaming up with the popular California collectible enamel pin company Yesterdays to release Skybound’s first ever pin series exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con 2016! Each limited edition pin features iconic art from comics like The Walking Dead, Invincible, Saga and Manifest Destiny!

There will be 7 San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Exclusive Skybound Enamel Pins available at the main Skybound SDCC booth #2729 featuring artwork from The Walking Dead, Manifest Destiny, and Invincible. Each pin is limited to 1,000 pieces and are $10 each.

At the Saga Shop SDCC booth #2629B, there will also be a Ghus pin and a special 2 pin set celebrating the galaxy’s favorite feline, Lying Cat, along with her favorite catchphrase “Lying”. Both Ghus and the Lying Cat 2 Pin set are limited to 1,000 pieces. Ghus will retail for $10, while the Lying Cat set is $15.

While The Blot doesn’t know too much about these two San Diego Comic-Con 2014 exclusives, I do love the gimmick of these variant covers!
