Yesterday, Mike Mitchell released two new timed edition prints, a Mikeland design and a Fat Bird! Meet Muck Mitchell, the newest member of the Mikeland crew, and the Emerald Tanager Fat Bird.  As Mike explained, this is “a bird that’s been on my list for a while”. There's a Ruby Variant, a Saturday Morning Variant, a Void Variant (with a chase!), and a Printing Error Chase. Fat Bird “White-Crowned Sparrow” Timed Edition Prints by Mike Mitchell

Yesterday, Mike Mitchell released the newest timed edition print in his ongoing Fat Bird Series, “White-Crowned Sparrow”. What a beautiful little Fat Bird! And as with many of Mitchell’s more recent releases, he’s also released a number of timed edition variants of the White-Crowned Sparrow. “White-Crowned Sparrow” by Mike Mitchell is an 8”x10” signed and numbered fine art giclee on cotton rag paper using archival inks.

The Blot loves Mitchell’s amazing take on Boba Fett’s all white prototype armor and how sleek does it look with a hot pink background!?! As Mondo explained, “Designed in 1978 by Joe Johnston, Boba Fett was originally part of a group of “Super Troopers” that donned this all white armor before eventually becoming the singular coolest bounty hunter first introduced in The Empire Strikes Back. Mike Mitchell’s MondoCon 2019 Exclusives!

Fan favorite artist Mike Mitchell will be attending MondoCon 5 this weekend, and he will be releasing a number of adorable new prints exclusively at Static Medium’s booth! So far, Sir Mitchell has unveiled two MondoCon 2019 exclusives – a beautiful black and orange flycatcher fat bird and an adorable Halloween print featuring a pumpkin guy and a cat, entitled Jackie I (11"x14" LE250).
