One of The Blot’s favorite guilty pleasures is the crazy HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones! Each episode is its own mini-movie with so many insane things happening in Westeros. I love the series so much I’ve even purchased the books the TV series is based on, but honestly they’re all so long it’s a little daunting. I’ll get around to them eventually. In the meantime I’ll definitely be picking up Funko’s second wave of GoT Pop! vinyl figures. The first 6 figure series was a HUGE hit with fans and I’ve got a sinking suspicion people are going to be going crazy for Game of Thrones Pop! Series 2.
Game of Thrones Pop! Series 2 includes Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Jamie Lannister, Cersei Lannister, Robb Stark and Renly Baratheon. While not as exciting a line-up as Series 1, it’s still got some very heavy hitters. Robb Stark’s kind of a bland character, and although Renly was a surprise inclusion he looks awesome! And The Blot can’t wait to pick Jon Snow and Arya.
Each Game of Thrones Pop! Series 2 vinyl figure stands 3.75” tall, has a rotating head and comes in a displayable window box. These figures are not scheduled to hit stores until May 2013, but you can pre-order them now from Entertainment Earth for $9.99 each here.
