This week GMA will be releasing two epic cover recreations from Marvel Comics’ Silver Age – Tales of Suspense #39 (1963) by Jack Kirby and Don Heck and X-Men #35 (1967) by Dan Adkins, Sam Rosen and Stan Goldberg. Tales of Suspense #39 is famous for being the very first appearance of Tony Stark as Iron Man! In another first, X-Men #35 is the very first time Spider-Man meets Marvel’s beloved team of mutants, the X-Men! These cover recreations are 16”x24” hand numbered fine art giclee prints on acid-free paper with archival inks.
Both prints are limited to just 125 pieces and retail for $45 each (or as a matching number set for $80). They will go on sale at 1pm ET today, Thursday, April 29th, at GreyMatterArt.com.
