Mondo continues its amazing line of officially licensed Godzilla prints with an absolutely bee-stinger-stunning Shan Jiang movie poster for a Heisei era classic – Godzilla vs. Biollante! As Mondo explained, “If you haven’t seen it, Godzilla’s eponymous opponent results from the genetic milkshaking of bio matter from Godzilla, a beautiful rose, and genetic material from the departed daughter of the lead scientist. It’s a tragic kaiju worthy of stomping on Manchester.” With this print, Shan has Biollante attacking Godzilla across three stunning colorways. Mondo will be releasing a Regular Edition and Metallic Variant, while a third colorway will be released at a later date by the NTWRK mobile app. So stay tuned for that!
Godzilla vs. Biollante by Shan Jiang is a 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 245 pieces and will retail for $60, while the Metallic Variant is limited to 120 pieces and will retail for $80.
