Bottleneck Gallery and Vice Press are teaming up to release the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles one sheet movie poster as a screen print! As BNG explained, the “1990’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is one of the defining moments of our childhood –seeing our four favorite brothers kicking Foot butt on the big screen was magical – and we’re stoked to announce the first ever screen printed edition of the official theatrical poster. With all four brothers ready to burst out of the sewers and onto the streets of NYC, the original theatrical poster filled us with hope and wonder, and even offered some visual comedy. We’ve worked to painstakingly recreate the original poster as a high fidelity screen print, and the results are awesome.”
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Theatrical Poster is an 24”x36” hand numbered screen print. This tubular print will be a Timed Edition with the edition size determined by the number of prints ordered. It goes on sale at 12pm ET on Tuesday, May 12th, at BottleneckGallery.com for $75, and will be available until 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, May 13th.
But that’s not all! There will also be two 3D Lenticular Editions and two Multi-Layer Acrylic Editions – all limited editions! The 3D Lenticular PLEX Edition on a 4mm polystyrene board measures 24”x36”, is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $200. The 16”x24” 3D Lenticular Edition on a 1mm PET board is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $85.
The 24”x36” Multi-Layer Acrylic Edition on 3 layers of acrylic panels with archival pigment inks is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $175, and the super cool VHS Size Multi-Layer Acrylic measures 5”x7.5”, is limited to 125 pieces and will retail for $75.
