Nerdy Fresh Fall/Winter 2011 Collection

Nerdy Fresh, one of The Blot’s favorite indie clothing brands, dropped its Fall/Winter 2011 Collection yesterday and absolutely killed it! Their Fall/Winter ’11 Collection includes a huge variety of t-shirts, snapbacks, crewneck sweatshirts, varsity jackets and even sleeveless hoodies! There’s definitely a little bit of everything, and something for everyone. If The Blot could pull it off, I would totally be ordering one of Nerdy Fresh’s new sleeveless hoodies (but sadly I can’t).

It’s hard picking my favorite design from the new series, but right now it’s a tie between Chief Astro and the Gang of outsiders graphic. Although the dopiest part of the collection is definitely the Nerdy Fresh varsity jackets. I really love everything about them, from the colors and stitching to the graphics and stripes. Icing a la Creme Snapback by Nerdy Fresh

It’s Snapback Day at TheBlotSays.com, where throughout the day I’ll be featuring some of my favorite hats currently available via the world wide web. Nerdy Fresh 2011 Summer T-Shirt Collection

Summer is finally here and last week Nerdy Fresh released its 2011 summer collection! The Blot loves this new line because of the fun colored tees used with Nerdy Fresh’s signature designs. I’m a little torn on which tee is my favorite…is it the navy Sir Astro featuring the Nerdy Fresh mascot, or the Lil Mohican tee on gold? Lil Mohican joined the Nerdy Fresh collection last fall and quickly became a fan favorite. His simplicity with a touch of swagger perfectly represents the Nerdy Fresh vibe. As you all know, t-shirts make up a huge part of The Blot’s wardrobe. I’m constantly on the lookout for new clothing companies with fresh designs, and what I’ve recently come to learn is there are some really amazing artists here in my home state of Texas. One of my favorite homegrown discoveries is Nerdy Fresh, an urban clothing company located in Dallas, Texas.

Nerdy Fresh puts out some killer limited edition clothing and I’m proud to say I’ve got a couple of their tees hanging in my closet. And how can you not love Sir Astro, the brand's dapper astronaut mascot who cruises through the world spreading the essence of freshness!?! The Blot’s particularly fond of the “Le Petit Chef” sweater, which features a pink and blue cupcake with Sir Astro shaped toppings. What can I say, I love me some cupcakes!
