We’re on the Road to WrestleMania, and to celebrate The Showcase of the Immortals taking place next weekend in New Orleans HOMAGE has released three awesome new WWE t-shirts that pay homage to some of Wrestlemania’s greatest moments. WWE Hall of Fame 2017 T-Shirt Collection

On Friday night, the WWE celebrated the 2017 class of WWE Hall of Fame inductees. The newest members of the WWE Hall of Fame inducted this past weekend in Orlando, Florida include Kurt Angle, Diamond Dallas Page, Ravishing Rick Rude, Beth Phoenix, Teddy Long and The Rock 'n' Roll Express. To commemorate these WWE Superstars’ enshrinement in the HOF, the WWE has released this awesome new collection of six retro t-shirts – one for each member of the class of 2017.

WWE x Puma T-Shirt & Sneaker Capsule Collection – A Foot Locker Exclusive!

Foot Locker has launched a new partnership with WWE to bring limited edition footwear and apparel to select Foot Locker stores around the US. To kick things off, yesterday (Saturday, April 3rd) Foot Locker released this awesome WWE x Puma Capsule Collection just in time for WWE’s premiere event tonight, WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, Florida! This WWE x Puma Capsule Collection was designed by Alexander-John and curated by radio host Peter Rosenberg, and features exclusive art of six WWE Legends: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Ultimate Warrior, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Ric Flair, Andre the Giant and the Undertaker.

The WWE x Puma Capsule Collection includes limited pairs of WWE inspired white Puma Clydes in custom boxes, retailing for $199. As The Blot understands it, there were only 600 of these white WWE Puma Clydes produced, 100 pairs per WWE Superstar Hall of Famer. Additionally, 23 pairs of black Puma Clydes will be sold exclusively in Orlando for $499, touting Undertaker imagery and packaged in a collectible sneaker casket. The WWE Legends will also be featured on exclusive Puma t-shirts, available for $44.99.

To commemorate WrestleMania 33, Foot Locker is selling this limited edition WWE collection in 33 select Puma Lab Powered by Foot Locker locations around the United States. Sadly, Houston did not make the cut of cities where you can find this exciting release. Good luck hunting down this WWE x Puma x Foot Locker collection, as it also does not appear to be available online.

Road to WrestleMania Week 9 – Zack Ryder Wins T-Shirt by Homage x WWE

This week, Homage concludes its “Road to WrestleMania” countdown with its most surprising t-shirt design of the entire series. You see, every Monday for the past nine weeks, Homage has introduced a new WWE t-shirt commemorating the matches, the wrestlers and the memories of WrestleMania. To end the series, Homage has released a tee based on last year’s WrestleMania XXXII, which is not all that surprising. What is surprising is the moment Homage chose to honor – Zack Ryder’s winning of the Intercontinental Championship.

WrestleMania 32 took place at Cowboys Stadium on April 3rd, 2016 and attended by 100,000 rabid WWE fans, including The Blot, making it the largest WrestleMania of all time! While the show featured many big names – The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, John Cena – the biggest moment came from the promotion’s biggest underdog, Zack Ryder.

The WWE held a 7 man Ladder Match for the Intercontinental Championship that year, and nobody gave Zack Ryder much of a chance. After all, the long-time cult hero was only even in the match as a replacement. But just when it looked like The Miz was about grab the title, Ryder scrambled up the ladder, sent Miz crashing down and pulled off the upset. The 100,000 in attendance erupted in cheers and “woo woo woos”. After nearly a decade in the WWE, Zack Ryder had his WrestleMania moment.

At that time, HBK was so obsessed with ending The Undertaker’s legendary streak that he put it all on the line - vowing retirement if he lost to The Undertaker two WrestleManias in a row.

What occurred at WrestleMania XXVI was one of the greatest WrestleMania matches of the 21st century - a 24 minute all-time classic full of near-falls, finishers that didn’t finish, and two men risking everything in search of the ultimate prize - glory at The Showcase of the Immortals! After a third Tombstone, The Undertaker won - ending the legendary career of Shawn Michaels.
