This cult classic directed by Jim Henson, exec-produced by George Lucas and starring David Bowie does not get near enough attention! The Labyrinth Pop! Series includes Jareth, the Goblin King, Sarah with Worm, Hoggle and Ludo.

Mondo Announces Dates For MondoCon 2016: Close Encounters of the Third Con!

It’s official, MondoCon is back! Mondo has just announced the dates for its third MondoCon convention, which always brings together unique guests from a variety of areas to celebrate film, music, art, and toys with the world’s finest artists, designers, toy creators, directors, composers and more. MondoCon 2016: Close Encounters of the Third Con will take place October 22-23, 2016 in Austin, Texas. The night before MondoCon 3 (Friday October 21st), the Mondo Gallery will host a show of all new works by Jason Edmiston and Ken Taylor giving us three days of awesome pop culture goodness. Happy Canada Day, bub! In honor of our friends up north, Mondo has released a couple of new pins in their ongoing Marvel Portrait Enamel Pin series by Tom Whalen. This next wave of pins includes The Incredible Hulk and a Wolverine pin based on his first appearance via a brief cameo in the Hulk #180 (and later Hulk #181) comic book. What better way to celebrate Canada Day than by releasing a variant pin of everyone’s favorite Canadian super hero, Wolverine!?!
