Quentin Tarantino Neighborhood Prints “Jimmie’s House” & “Rick’s House” by George Townley x Bottleneck Gallery

Today, Bottleneck Gallery will be releasing the next two prints in George Townley’s neighborhood print series with some suburban scenery inspired by Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood!  As BNG explained, “George’s prints offer surprisingly calm renditions of two iconic houses and the cars involved in those scenes, inspired by Pulp Fiction and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. George’s prints showcase subtle and alternative points of inspiration from QT’s cult masterpieces, focusing on settings over characters.”

 

“Rick’s House” and “Jimmie’s House” by George Townley are 24”x18” hand numbered fine art giclee prints.  Each print is limited to 125 pieces and will retail for $60 (or $115 as a set).  Both prints will go on sale at 12pm EDT on Wednesday, September 16^th, at BottleneckGallery.com.

They Live Screen Print by Drew Millward x Vice Press

 

Check out this fantastic new They Live movie poster by Drew Millward and Vice Press!  John Carpenter’s 1988 sci-fi / horror film is one of The Blot’s favorites, and Millward killed it on this new screen print.  They Live is an 18”x24” hand numbered screen print.  The Main Color Edition is limited to 150 pieces and retails for £40, while the Black and White Variant with metallic links is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for £50.  Both editions are available now at Vice-Press.com.

The Notorious B.I.G. Screen Print by Paul Jackson x Collectionzz

Collectionzz has teamed up with artist Paul Jackson for the next poster in their Iconic by Collectionzz screen print series commemorating another legendary moment in music history. Check out this epic The Notorious B.I.G. screen print by Paul Jackson! For this release, Collectionzz worked directly with Biggie’s estate to commemorate the 26th anniversary of his debut album, Ready to Die, which is considered by many to be the best rap album ever made.

“It was a huge honor to be asked to create a poster for Notorious B.I.G. on the 26th anniversary of Ready to Die. I remember hearing the record for the first time in the mid ‘90s and being blown away by it. It was a new wave of hip hop for me and I was hooked straight away. This poster was trying to reflect some of the grittiness of Brooklyn and NYC at the time, and reflect his song titles within that world. Biggie always stood strong so the pose is supposed to reflect that. I like the image being simple yet somewhat direct and confrontational - much like his music.” – Paul Jackson

The Notorious B.I.G. by Paul Jackson is a 24”x36” signed and numbered 8 color screen print on cotton rag paper. The Main Edition is limited to 200 pieces and will retail for $150, while the Variant is limited to 100 pieces and will retail for $200.  Both versions will go on sale at 2pm EDT on Tuesday, September 15^th, at iconic.collectionzz.com.

Purchasers of the Main Edition and/or Variant can also add an 8.5”x11” signed 2 color screen print of the iconic Ready to Die baby. This isn’t a photograph, but a hand drawn rendering by Paul Jackson. All proceeds of this print will go directly to the Christopher Wallace Foundation.
