After debuting at San Diego Comic-Con 2014 in limited edition colorways (seen here), these standard edition figures showcase these bumbling villains in their classic look from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. Mutated to gain strength and ability to fight the Ninja Turtles, Rocksteady is a rhino humanoid street thug and Bebop is a warthog humanoid street thug both known for their stupidity.
