SDCC 2017 Exclusive Outcast TV Series Sidney Action Figure by Skybound x McFarlane Toys

Skybound continues its new line of Outcast action figures based on the awesome Cinemax television show with this San Diego Comic-Con 2017 Exclusive Sidney figure by McFarlane Toys. Based on Brent Spiner’s evil character from the Outcast TV series, it can also double as a Star Trek: The Next Generation Data figure (just kidding Skybound). This SDCC 2017 Exclusive Outcast TV Series Sidney action figure will be available in Regular and Bloody Variant editions.

Packaged on full color character specific blister cards, these two exclusives can be purchased at the Skybound SDCC booth #2729 for $25 each. Any remaining stock will then be made available at the Skybound online store after the convention.

Outcast TV Series Kyle Barnes Action Figure by McFarlane Toys x Skybound

Skybound has teamed up once again with McFarlane Toys to release a new online exclusive action figure based on its popular line of comic books and television shows! Inspired by the popular Cinemax television show Outcast, Skybound has released this epic action figure of the show’s hero Kyle Barnes engulfed in a swirl of a mysterious black element. This detachable accessory looks fantastic and makes for one of the coolest TV show figures ever released.

After making its world debut at San Diego Comic-Con 2016, the Skybound Exclusive Outcast TV Series Kyle Barnes Action Figure is available now in two versions: Clean and Bloody. Both Kyle Barnes figures come packaged in a full color blister card and can be purchased now at the Skybound online store for $25 each.

SDCC 16 Exclusive Outcast TV Show Watch by Vannen x Skybound

For the fifth year in a row, Vannen Watches will be releasing a San Diego Comic-Con exclusive watch based on the hit comic books of Robert Kirkman’s Image Comics imprint, Skybound! Outcast by Kirkman & Azaceta TV Series Debuts on Cinemax Tonight!

One of The Blot’s favorite comic books these days is Outcast by Robert Kirkman and Paul Azaceta (published by Image/Skybound). From the twisted mind of the creator of The Walking Dead, Outcast has also been adapted for TV and will be making its world television debut tonight, Friday, June 3rd, on Cinemax! What’s really amazing is it’s almost been a year since we were first talking about the new Outcast show at last summer’s San Diego Comic-Con. Cinemax is the perfect channel for a show like Outcast, as it can stay true to the book’s adult themes on the premium cable channel.

If you’re not familiar with the comic book series the show is based on, Outcast follows Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson, a preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost. What Kyle discovers, however, could change his fate—and the fate of the world—forever.

Outcast stars Patrick Fugit as Barnes, a man searching for answers, and for redemption, who sequesters himself from those he loves for fear of causing greater hurt. Philip Glenister stars as Reverend Anderson, a West Virginia evangelist who believes he is a soldier in God’s holy war against the forces of evil on Earth. An inveterate drinker and gambler, he doesn’t believe God intends people to sweat the small stuff. Joining Fugit and Glenister as season 1 regulars are Wrenn Schmidt as Megan Holter, David Denman as Mark Holter, Reg E. Cathey as Chief Byron Giles, Kate Lyn Sheil as Allison Barnes and Brent Spiner as Sidney.

The cover will feature Patrick Fugit, the start of the upcoming Outcast television show on Cinemax, recreating the iconic Kyle pose from the very first Outcast by Kirkman and Azaceta cover. SDCC 15 First Look: Outcast by Kirkman & Azaceta Teaser Television Poster

Everything Robert Kirkman touches these days turns to gold. Hollywood studios can’t wait to get their hands on every idea he comes up with, which is why all of his comic book series are being optioned for television shows and movies. His next non-The Walking Dead series to hit the airwaves is Cinemax’s adaptation of the hit comic Outcast by Kirkman and Azaceta! Outcast (published by Skybound/Image) has quickly become one of The Blot’s favorite books, and I can’t wait to watch this series when it airs on Cinemax this winter.

Along with Cinemax’ release of their very first teaser one sheet television poster for Outcast at San Diego Comic-Con 2015, they will also be holding a very special SDCC panel on Saturday, July 11th, at 3pm in Room 6DE where fans can get their first look at the new live action show. I just hope they release online whatever footage they show at Comic-Con so the rest of us can see it!
