G.I. Joe: The Movie Screen Print by Anthony Petrie x Bottleneck Gallery

Bottleneck Gallery teamed up with artist Anthony Petrie to release a new movie poster for one of The Blot’s all time favorite films, G.I. Joe: The Movie! This ‘80s animated classic is a must watch for any fans of the G.I. Joe franchise. As BNG explained, “Anthony’s print captures the magic of watching the movie and seeing so many characters from the series, all in one place, and the epic toys that the movie helped establish. Anthony is a master of switching up his art style, and the red, white, and blue color palette is a perfect choice for this alternative movie poster!”

G.I. Joe: The Movie by Anthony Petrie is an 18”x24” hand numbered screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 100 pieces and retailed for $45, the Fatigues Variant is limited to 100 pieces and retailed for $55, and the Foil Variant is limited to 85 pieces and retailed for $55. All three G.I. Joe movie posters went on sale at 12pm ET on Wednesday, June 25th, at BottleneckGallery.com before promptly selling out.

NYCC 2024 Exclusive Sgt. Slaughter Big Rubber Guys Variant Figure by Major

A world champion professional wrestler and the G.I. Joe team’s preferred tough-as-nails drill instructor, Sarge is back in action for the 6” scale G.I. Joe Classified Series. This Comic-Con exclusive Sgt. WWE Pop! Vinyl Figures Series 10 by Funko with Triple H, Vince McMahon, The Hardy Boyz & More!

Funko has announced its tenth wave of WWE Pop! vinyl figures just in time for WrestleMania 34 this weekend in New Orleans! This epic new wave includes Patriotic Ring Gear Kurt Angle, Sgt. Slaughter, Skull King Triple H and the owner of the WWE, Vince McMahon! There’s even a killer The Hardy Boyz Pop! 2 Pack featuring Matt and Jeff Hardy. WWE Royal Rumble T-Shirt Collection by HOMAGE

Next weekend WWE will be putting on one of its four signature PPV events, the Royal Rumble! Friend vs Friend and Foe v. Foe. 30 men will enter, but only 1 will be left standing! The phrase “Every Man for Himself” has never been more appropriate. To commemorate this iconic event, HOMAGE has released this epic, officially licensed WWE Royal Rumble T-Shirt Collection!

Along with a fantastic Every Man for Himself typography tee, HOMAGE has also released this killer retro Royal Rumble design that is inspired by WWE’s classic Royal Rumble posters from the early ‘90s. SDCC 15 Exclusive G.I. Joe Sgt. Slaughter Kre-O Box Set

The Blot is beyond shocked to learn Hasbro will be releasing this freaking epic Sgt. Slaughter themed G.I. Joe Kre-O box set exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con 2015! It’s been years and years since we’ve seen a Sgt. Slaughter G.I. Joe figure released, and I’d started to believe it would never happen again. Thankfully America’s most popular professional wrestler who also doubles as the official drill sergeant of G.I. Joe is back as a Kre-O mini figure! 

The San Diego Comic-Con 2015 Exclusive G.I. Joe Sgt. Slaughter Kre-O Set includes Slaughter, his team of Marauders, and the Tripe T tank, along with Destro and his Iron Grenadiers to fight against. What’s really cool about this set is it goes old school with its packaging. It was crafted to look like an old VHS home video set from the 1980s.

This Comic-Con exclusive Sgt Slaughter themed G.I. Joe Kre-O set will be sold exclusively at the Hasbro SDCC booth #3329. Sgt. Slaughter will even be making an appearance on Saturday, July 11th for a very special signing at the Hasbro booth from 11-12:30pm and 3-4:30pm. Yo Joe! SDCC 2010 Exclusive Sgt. Slaughter G.I. Joe Action Figure

Last year at this time The Blot was preparing for my first trip to San Diego Comic-Con. I had an amazing time, but if I had to pinpoint my biggest disappointment it would be Hasbro’s lame G.I. Joe Comic-Con exclusives. Everything revolved around the franchise’s upcoming live action movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, and the figures were as disappointing as film. Thankfully Hasbro has redeemed itself this year with the SDCC Exclusive Sgt. Slaughter 3.75” action figure!!!


Sgt. Slaughter was also one of my favorite G.I. Joe characters because he was both a member of G.I. Joe and a professional WWF wrestler, two of my favorite things in the ‘80s. Well, Sgt. Slaughter is back and returns to the G.I. Joe universe with two different Comic-Con exclusives! This is definitely the SDCC exclusive The Blot is looking forward to the most, so hopefully I’ll be able to snag one after Comic-Con at a reasonable price.


The primary Sgt. Slaughter action figure is styled with a USA tank top, whistle, non-removable hat, championship belt, baton and a microphone. The variant figure (sold separately), in the Triple-T styling, comes with a whistle, non-removable hat, machine gun, and a revolver. Both versions of the SDCC 2010 Exclusive Sgt. Slaughter G.I. Joe action figure will retail for $12.99.
