SDCC 2020 Exclusive False Idols Mini Art Show by ADi

San Diego Comic-Con 2020 may be canceled, but that doesn’t mean the exclusives have been! Comic-Con at Home is just around the corner, and DKE Toys will be releasing a ton of awesome exclusives. This includes hosting a mini art show by artist ADi entitled “False Idols”! ADi is an Australian born artist who caught DKE Toys’ attention with his series called False Idols. Each False Idol is a one of a kind handmade wooden statue that reduces a character’s traits to simple colors and geometric shapes. DKE Toys was fortunate to receive about a dozen pieces, which range in price from $140-240 each.

DKE Toys is hosting a LIVE virtual event in place of the canceled San Diego Comic-Con 2020. For your enjoyment DKE Toys has created #DKECON to fill the gaping hole in your canceled convention season. The pandemic has provided the unusual opportunity of inviting everyone the DKE team knows to their San Diego Comic-Con “booth”.

The DKE Toys booth will be set up in the DKE warehouse and available to all via a live continuous Zoom meeting and for the first time in DKE Toys history all of the SDCC convention releases will be available in an online store.

#DKECON via Zoom will open for “Preview Night” Wednesday, July 22nd, from 5pm – 9pm and continue Thursday, July 23rd, from 9am – 7pm, Friday, July 24th, from 9am – 7pm, Saturday, July 25th, from 9am – 7pm, and Sunday, July 26th, from 9am – 5pm. The online store will open at 5pm on Wednesday, July 22nd, and remain open 24 hours a day through Sunday, July 26th, for the duration of the show.

All exclusive products will be limited to one per person per item on Wednesday night. Starting Thursday two or more will be available. Starting Thursday at 10am the DKE Toys warehouse will be open for walk in business one customer at a time, state and local government regulations permitting.

NYCC 16 Exclusive Batman “Welcome to Gotham” Toon Tumbler Pint Glass

A tradition returns to New York Comic Con 2016 with this awesome new exclusive Batman “Welcome to Gotham” Toon Tumbler Pint Glass by PopFun! This year’s NYCC exclusive DC Comics tumbler features a gorgeous Batman image on a heavy-duty 16 oz. pint glass with the New York Comic Con logo on the back. Only 500 of these glasses will be made and for sale at PopFun's NYCC booth #237.

SDCC 15 Exclusive DC Comics Suicide Squad ‘Toon Tumbler Pint Glass

To commemorate the live action Suicide Squad film currently filming, Pop Fun Merchandising is releasing this San Diego Comic-Con 2015 Exclusive DC Comics Suicide Squad ‘Toon Tumbler pint glass inspired by the comic book series! It includes popular Suicide Squad members Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Rick Flag, Captain Boomerang, Katana, Killer Croc and El Diablo. What’s interesting about this design is it features the comic book version of characters featured in the upcoming film, but this particular group of heroes and villains have never actually been in the Suicide Squad together.

SDCC 14 Exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy Toon Tumbler Pint Glasses

At San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Marvel released these awesome SDCC exclusive Guardians of the Galaxy Toon Tumblers Pint Glasses by PopFun! Each member of the Guardians of the Galaxy (Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon and Groot) got their own glass, with a different character Toon Tumbler released each day of Comic-Con. The Blot hasn’t heard if these limited edition pint glasses sold out at San Diego Comic-Con, but they were too cool to ignore completely. It’s just too bad PopFun didn’t release these pictures before the convention. Here’s hoping some eventually show up for sale at Marvel.com.

SDCC 14 Exclusive Avengers NOW! Toon Tumbler Pint Glasses by Marvel - Captain America, Iron Man & Thor

The biggest pre-San Diego Comic-Con 2014 comic book news has been Marvel’s Avengers NOW! event, which will see Sam Wilson (aka The Falcon) become the new Captain America, a new female Thor emerge to replace the Thor we all know and love, and Tony Stark go back to his “evil” ways as the Superior Iron Man. To cash in on the hype, Marvel will be releasing some pretty cool San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Avengers NOW! Tumblers, each one spotlighting a different Avenger. But clearly we all want the pint glass with the new Captain Falcon…er…Captain America right!?! That new costume looks amazing! Obviously these changes won't be permanent, but it'll be fun to see these characters in the spotlight for a while.
