“Fading Away” Art Print by N.C. Winters x PangeaSeed

N.C. Winters has teamed up with PangeaSeed to release this gorgeous new seven color screen print “Fading Away”, which highlights the current plight of the planet’s coral. As N.C. explained, “It was challenging to both illustrate the beauty of what we’re rapidly losing due to climate change and pollution, but also underscore the danger of the current situation. Thus, two versions of the print were made. The full “lush” version highlights the overwhelming color and beauty of a natural coral reef, while the “bleached” version emphasizes how much of the coral is looking today, bleached, devoid of color and near dead.”

“Fading Away” by N.C. Winters is an 18”x24” signed and numbered screen print on French Construction Pure White 100 lb cover paper in both a full color Lush Edition and the desaturated Bleached Edition. Each edition also comes in two versions: regular and deluxe. The regular version of each edition features seven colors, while the deluxe versions feature an additional two plates – a glow in the dark layer as well as a transparent spot gloss glitter flake for added emphasis.

Fading Away Lush Regular Edition is limited to 150 pieces and will retail for $75, while the Lush Deluxe Edition is limited to 75 pieces and will retail for $135. Fading Away Bleached Regular Edition is limited to 125 pieces and will retail for $100, while the Lush Deluxe Edition is limited to 65 pieces and will retail for $150. All four versions of Fading Away will go on sale at noon PDT this Thursday, August 6th, at shop.pangeaseed.org. “Apathy Exposed” ARTivism Screen Print by Tristan Eaton x PangeaSeed Foundation

This Wednesday, the PangeaSeed Foundation will be teaming up with superstar artist Tristan Eaton on a stunning limited edition art print, which highlights the plight of shark populations and oceans around the world. As the PangeaSeed Foundation explained, “Up to 100 million sharks killed annually, primarily targeted for the global trade in shark fins, we must act now to help save these often misunderstood apex predators from extinction.”

This special edition art print revisits Eaton’s sought after limited edition series of shark inspired prints that benefit PangeaSeed Foundation’s art and activism (ARTivism) efforts around the globe. This is Eaton’s largest print for PangeaSeed Foundation so far.

In honor of World Oceans Day yesterday, PangeaSeed teamed up with Australian artist David “Meggs” Hooke to release a new limited edition screen print as part of its ongoing Tales from the Deep: Stories, Myths and Monsters Print Series. Best of all, it features DC Comics’ beloved aquatic super hero, Aquaman!

“Aquaman: No Sea, No Life!” is an 18”x24” signed and numbered screen print on 100lbs Cougar white paper. The Regular Edition features 6 colors, is limited to 35 pieces and retails for $120, while the Gold and Black Variant features 2 colors, is limited to just 25 pieces and retails for $80.
