SDCC 2022 Exclusive G.I. Joe ReAction & Ultimates! Action Figures by Super7

Super7 is preparing for a return visit to San Diego Comic-Con next week and they have a ton of crazy exclusives lined up, including four different SDCC 2022 Exclusive G.I. Joe Action Figures! All of these will be available at Super7’s Cobra Recruitment Center pop-up shop at the Super7 San Diego store at 701 8th Avenue every day of Comic-Con. First up is the San Diego Comic-Con 2022 Exclusive G.I. Joe ReAction Glow Patrol ReAction Figure Series, which includes Snake Eyes, Scarlett, G.I. Joe Trooper, Cobra Commander, Baroness and Cobra Trooper.

Next up is the G.I. Joe Snakelings ReAction Figure Box Set, which was inspired by the “Pyramid of Darkness” episode of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero where Snake Eyes and Shipwreck (along with Timber and Polly) infiltrate a Cobra base. This epic box set incudes Snake Eyes and Shipwreck in COBRA disguises, three Snakelings and a COBRA Security Robot.

There’s also a new Snake Eyes ReAction Retro Action Figure, which is an homage to the famous “no dialogue” G.I. Joe comic book issue #21. While this figure is extremely similar to the previously released Target Exclusive “Silent Issue” Snake Eyes, the key difference is the rip in his uniform on his right arm, which allows his signature Arashikage Clan logo tattoo to peak through. 

Last but certainly not least is this limited edition G.I. Joe Ultimates! Cobra B.A.T. 7” action figure featuring a comic book inspired color scheme, details and accessories. This is definitely a can’t miss release for all the Ultimates! Fans out there.

Kidrobot Dunny Fatale Series Official Checklist and Ratios

We’re just two days away from the release of Kidrobot’s new Dunny Fatale 3” Blind Box Series and The Blot is getting pretty excited! To help fuel fans’ excitement, Kidrobot has finally released the official Dunny Fatale Series Checklist and Ratios. It looks like The Baroness’ Kiss of Death Dunny is in fact 1/200, which kind of sucks, but there are so many other amazing designs in the Dunny Fatale Series I’ll let The Baroness’ unfortunate ratio slide.

Dunny Fatale Kiss of Death Dunny by The Baroness

News of the Toy Baroness’ departure from Kidrobot two weeks ago came as a huge shocker to vinyl collectors around the globe. The Blot only got to meet Nichole East a few times and she was always super friendly, nice and helpful. She will definitely be missed! As a going away present after six years of service, Kidrobot has included a Dunny designed by her in its upcoming Dunny Fatale 3 Inch Series. Until recently, details of the Baroness’ new Dunny have been kept top secret, but thankfully we now know its name, the Kiss of Death Dunny, and what it looks like!


The Kiss of Death Dunny by The Baroness is rumored to be the rarest figure in the Dunny Fatale Series with a ratio of 1/200, but that is not confirmed yet. What is confirmed is that the Toy Baroness will be putting her Kiss of Death APs up for sale this Thursday, January 28th at 9am EST in a limited edition Dunny Fatale Artist Proof Box Set at her new Baroness Loves online store. Each set will retail for $150 each! This will definitely be the easiest way for collectors to ensure they get their hands on what will likely be the most sought after Dunny in KR’s upcoming 3” series.


While The Blot’s not sure exactly sure what will be included in the Dunny Fatale Artist Proof Box Set, a similar box set went on sale last Saturday. The Baroness Dunny Artist Proof Pink Box Set, which sold out in a matter of hours, retailed for $75 and included the extremely rare Baroness Dunny from 2006 that was never available for sale.


The now sold out Baroness Dunny AP box set included a signed dunny, metallic pink envelope holding a numbered black metal card laser etched on both sides, an acrylic display stand for the metal card, two 1” buttons and a 4” Kiss vinyl sticker. That is a ton of amazing stuff for just $75, and I’ve got a feeling the Baroness’ Dunny Fatale Box Set will be equally as good.

Kidrobot has finally made an official announcement concerning the release of their next 3 inch blind box series, Dunny Fatale! The Dunny Femme Fatale series features designs from 18 prominent and talented female artists. Some are cute and sweet while others are bold and cruel, but all are irresistible. Photos of the series leaked almost two months ago, so it’s nice to see Kidrobot finally acknowledge this awesome looking mini figure series.


Each blind boxed 3” Dunny retails for $7.95, comes with a trading card and some include accessories. These Femme Fatale Dunnys start seducing collectors in late January at select retailers, Kidrobot stores and on Kidrobot.com.

It’s amazing what leaks the moment The Blot goes off grid for a few days to get engaged! The upcoming series is aptly named, since it features a veritable who’s who of the world’s top female artists.

Baroness’ 30 Customs x 30 Friends Charity Auction

The Blot’s a sucker for a good cause, so I wanted to pass along the details of this charity auction put together by Kidrobot’s Toy Baroness. The following press release is from the Baroness herself:


30 Customs by 30 Artists: An Auction to Benefit the Children of Cambodia is the first step in trying to help the children that have impacted my life. After traveling to Cambodia last year I fell in love with the people of that country. Every day I think about the amazing children I met and how I could help them. Most of these children lack the necessities of food, clothing, shoes, and transportation. Many can't even afford the pencils and notebooks they need to attend school. So instead of attending class they sell trinkets at the temples in order to survive.


I have reached out to 30 of my friends and asked them to create a custom toy specifically for this auction. Every cent from the sale of these customs will go directly to help the children I have met in Cambodia. With the help of people that I have met in Cambodia, I will be delivering clothing, shoes, books, paper, pens, and bicycles to children of Siem Reap villages. It has been a passion and a dream of mine to use art as a way of helping children and communities all over the World, and I am excited about this first step.
