Head Lopper Norgal 9” Vinyl Figure by Andrew MacLean x Skelton Crew Studio

Skelton Crew Studio has teamed up with writer/artist Andrew MacLean to release an epic new vinyl figure based on his awesome Image comic book series, Head Lopper! The comic’s star is Norgal (aka the Head Lopper), a Viking warrior who sets out for action and adventure with the nagging severed head of Agatha Blue Witch. This super unique comic book character has now been meticulous transformed into an officially licensed 9” vinyl figure. Here’s hoping we see the release of an Agatha Blue Witch accessory to go with Norgal!

The limited edition Head Lopper Norgal vinyl figures four points of articulation (shoulders and wrists) and comes packaged in a full-graphic box. This fantastic new figure is currently available for pre-order at the Skelton Crew Studio online store in three colorways: Original Edition, Bog Blue Variant and Paint-Your-Own Blank White.

The OG Colorway retails for $55, but any orders placed by July 1st will receive early bird pricing of $48 and include an exclusive canvas map of Barra. The Bog Blue Variant retails for $48 and will ONLY be available for the month of June. After July 2nd, the run will be set and this colorway is riding off into the Viking sunset. The DIY Unpainted version is limited to just 100 pieces, comes hand numbered, and retails for $48.

Hero Complex Gallery has just released this beautiful, officially licensed Terminator 2 movie poster by popular artist Craig Drake! The Blot loves the composition of Drake’s design, with the juxtaposition between Linda Hamilton’s Sarah Connor in the foreground and the shadow portrait of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s The Terminator in the background. Plus, does Drake’s take on Sarah Connor look bad ass or what!?!

Masters of the Universe “By the Power of Grayskull” Print by Dan Mumford x Gallery 1988

Gallery 1988’s annual Mattel group art show opened last weekend, where artists create pieces based on Mattel’s tradition of incredible toys. This year’s exhibition was entitled “The Joys of Toys” and was curated by Cuddly Rigor Mortis. One of The Blot’s favorite pieces from the show is this beautiful He-Man and the Masters of the Universe print by Dan Mumford entitled “By the Power of Grayskull”. Just look at those insane details Mumford included. You don’t even need to see the looks on He-Man and Skeletor’s faces to know an epic battle is about to ensue!

SDCC 2017 Exclusive Conan O’Brien Pop! Vinyl Figure Series 3 by Funko

For the third summer in a row, Conan O’Brien and his show CONAN will be setting up shop at San Diego Comic-Con 2017! To commemorate Conan’s summer solstice to Comic-Con, O’Brien will be teaming up with Funko to release a third series of Conan O’Brien Pop! vinyl figures. Created by Funko for TBS, a division of Turner, this year's collectible figure designs include Justice League Movie The Flash Conan, a Star Wars Jedi Conan, a Game of Thrones White Walker Conan and a Spider-Man Conan (from Spider-Man: Homecoming). In addition, there will be a limited edition figure entitled, “MonoConan”, which will only be available through activations and giveaways taking place in San Diego.

During the week of SDCC, CONAN will be taped at San Diego's historic Spreckels Theatre on Wednesday, July 19 – Saturday, July 22. Episodes will air that Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on all TBS and will be available across TBS and Team Coco's digital, mobile and VOD platforms the day after airing.

During this year's Comic-Con, these new 2017 Conan Pop! Vinyl figures will be given away to audience members following each San Diego show.
