Ultraman: Rising Screen Print by Tom Whalen x Nakatomi Inc.

To commemorate the debut of the new animated film, Ultraman: Rising, on Netflix, Nakatomi has teamed up with superstar artist Tom Whalen to release a new officially licensed movie poster for the film! As Nakatomi explained, “The art on this print had to be kept under wraps to not ruin the surprise reveal of ULTRA-DAD – but now the world can behold his shiny glory!”

Ultraman: Rising by Tom Whalen is an 18”x24” hand numbered and embossed (with Tom’s custom Ultraman logo) screen print. The Regular Edition is limited to 150 pieces and retails for $50, while the Metallic Variant on silver foil paper is limited to just 50 pieces and retails for $75. SDCC 2022 Exclusive Ultramayan Resin Figure by Camote Toys x DKE Toys

DKE Toys will be exhibiting at San Diego Comic Con 2022 again this year with a ton of fantastic resin figures and bootleg toys, including this awesome Ultramayan Resin Figure by Camote Toys! As the legend goes, among the Mayan elders there is the story of a space hero who protected cities and towns from giant monsters and aliens, although there was no evidence other than oral tradition… until now. Recent archaeological discoveries in the Mayan region of Mexico confirmed his existence with the discovery of a ceramic figurine and a polychrome vessel that seemed to be used in rituals to invoke him and ask for help.

Limited to 20 signed and numbered pieces, this hand cast and painted Ultraman inspired 5.5” carded resin figure can be purchased at the DKE Toys SDCC booth #2643 for $75. Ultraman Screen Print by Matt Ferguson x Nakatomi Inc.

Nakatomi Inc. continues its popular line of officially licensed Ultraman Screen Prints with an epic new poster by artist Matt Ferguson! As Tim Doyle explained, “Between Matt’s stellar artwork and separations, and the crack team at Nakatomi, these hand-printed silkscreen posters came out beautifully!” This retro cool new Ultraman screen print is available now at store.nakatomiinc.com.

Ultraman by Matt Ferguson is an 18”x24” hand numbered screen print on 100# white Mohawk brand paper with hand-mixed inks. The Regular Teal Edition is limited to 140 pieces and will retail for $50, while the Red Variant is limited to 55 pieces and will retail for $65. All Ultraman orders will ship in Nakatomi’s Ultra-Red mailing tubes with branded stickers by Tom Whalen.

Ultraman vs Alien Baltan Linocut Prints by Attack Peter x Nakatomi Inc.

Nakatomi continues its epic officially licensed Ultraman Print Series with this amazing kaiju-sized “Ultraman vs Alien Baltran” linocut print by the amazingly talented Attack Peter! This awesome print is made from a hand-cut linoleum block, printed by the artist himself in his studio. As Attack Peter explained, “MAN I’m stoked on this! I love Ultraman and getting to portray him knocking out that dastardly Alien Baltan is a dream come true!”

Ultraman 55th Anniversary Screen Print by Tom Whalen x Nakatomi

Nakatomi has unveiled it’s launching a new ongoing line of officially licensed Ultraman prints!  First up is this epic “Ultraman 55th Anniversary” screen print by artist Tom Whalen. As Whalen explained, “Despite being immersed in kaiju culture from a very early age, I had never seen a full episode of Ultraman until I was well into my twenties. It wasn’t until I attended a late night screening of the pilot episode that I fully understood what absolute insanity the Ultra-universe held in store. Needless to say, I’ve been hooked ever since and I’m honored and humbled to help celebrate Ultraman’s 55th with Tsuburaya and Nakatomi!” 

Ultraman 55th Anniversary by Tom Whalen is a massive 20”x30” hand numbered and embossed screen print with two metallic silver inks. Every print in the Ultraman series will be embossed with an official Ultraman stamp designed by Tom Whalen. The Regular Time Edition is available at store.nakatomiinc.com/ultraman.aspx from now through Tuesday, July 13th, for $50. There is also a Silver Foil Variant on rainbow foil paper that is limited to 66 pieces (for 1966 – the year Ultraman debuted) and retailed for $100.

SDCC 2018 Exclusive Ultra Chubs Vinyl Figures by Hyperactive Monkey x Obsessed Panda x Macsorro

Jerome Lu and Hyperactive Monkey’s adorable Sofubi Chubs are aback in an exciting new colorway exclusive to San Diego Comic-Con 2018! Shao Lu and Shao Mei, the Monkey Kung Fu Sofubi Chubs, have been reimagined as the iconic Japanese superhero Ultraman and his enemy, the evil Ultraman Belial. Mad*l Characters Print Series Batch 5 by MAD

MAD continues his epic pop culture inspired Mad*l Characters Print Series this week with Batch #4! The series is based on the many influences MAD grew up with, including comic books, anime, toys and cartoons. It’s basically a who’s who of MAD’s favorite heroes and villains from movies, television and comic books. While the project started as a creative exercise to apply some of those different licenses to the Mad*l platform, it quickly grew into over 100 different designs!

The Mad*l Characters Print Series includes 100 6”x6” Giclee prints, limited to 25 of each design. This awesome series will be sold in weekly batches of 4-6 different designs, with each limited edition print sold separately for $20 each.
